Bringing on new partners, overseeing distribution, making sure partners are thrilled, growing the business--you’re on it. Who are you?
You’re a seasoned business operations/sales pro. Sales, distribution, account management, warehousing, and inventory--you know the food world inside and out.
You have an exceptional track record of building up sales organizations in food, creating and executing foodservice sales and operations strategies, rapidly bringing on new foodservice accounts and ensuring they are satisfied, and excelling in startup-like settings.
You’re incredibly passionate about your work. You care deeply about changing our food system and have the skills to make it happen.
You’re a B.O.S.S. in ambiguous situations. You take ownership and create solutions to problems.
You’re a great person, in and out of work. You are smart, proactive, trustworthy, kind, humble, organized and hard-working.

What you’ll do
Work directly with our CEO to create the strategy for taking our product all the way from launch to mass market.
Help shape, build, and lead our rapidly growing team and sales organization.
Own the most important relationships with our customers, strategic partners, providers and more, with unwavering dedication to keeping relationships strong.
Oversee the distribution of products, ensuring products get to where they need to be at the time they need to be there.
Provide strategic vision and direction for our growth strategy today and for years to come.
